Reliable Roots Properties LLC ("Reliable Roots", "we", "us") buys residential property directly from owners. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the property address, and anything you tell us about the property or your situation, whether through the form on this site, by phone, or by text message.
• Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from your IP address, collected by our hosting provider for security and site operation.

How we use it

• To contact you about the property you asked us about, by phone, text message, or email.
• To evaluate the property and prepare an offer, including sharing property details and photos with our underwriting and acquisitions partner so they can run the numbers and call you with an offer.
• To keep records of our communications with you, and to comply with law.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising.

Text messaging (SMS) privacy

If you check the consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Reliable Roots about your property inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share it with

• Our acquisitions partner, who underwrites and presents offers on properties we're considering, and only for that purpose.
• Service providers that help us operate: website hosting and form handling, our business phone and messaging provider, our customer relationship system, and cloud storage for property photos. They may only use your information to provide those services to us.
• Title and closing companies, if we agree to buy your property.
• Law enforcement or regulators when required by law.

How long we keep it

For as long as we're in contact about a property, and afterward as needed for our records and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.
• Ask us to stop calling or emailing, and we will.
• Ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing aidan@reliablerootsproperties.com.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and we limit access to the people who need it to work on your property. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Children

This site is for adults selling property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
